They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Absolutely! I still looked like myself, but I looked even better!

No, they didn't pressure me

Yes! They gave me detailed, written information about their policies

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all! They are always very encouraging and supportive
Did you meet with the cosmetic surgeon during your consultation, or a representative?
The surgeon, I was much more comfortable going into surgery knowing what the surgeon was like
