Very disappointed in her care. She diagnosed me with four things. They were all incorrect until pushed for one simple test. The correct diagnosis finally. No thanks to her.

Very disappointing experience in every aspect!

I was a little bit early for my appointment. Three clients came in after my scheduled appointment, and they were admitted before me. I waited for more than a half hour, after no other clients were in the waiting room!

The staff and doctor have been rude and inconsiderate several times... this is very unprofessional climate!

When I asked questions pertaining to preventive health, Dr. Hopman appeared irritated, curt, and I felt like an annoyance (some of the staff treatment was also the same)!!!

Very unprofessional, discurtious, and inconsiderate... no warmth, friendliness, welcoming, or caring atmosphere!

Very disappointed in the Quality of Care and Professionalism!!!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
