Dr Nestor Del Rosario is the greatest but has an unreliable nurse assistant named Resti. Rating is based on this nurse assistant, not Dr Del.

My rating is for the staff there. However, I give 5-star for Dr Nestor Del Rosario. The nurse assistant by the name of Resti is very unreliable and uneducated. The other assistants are same except for the billing person, Rose. This is very bad for Dr Del Rosario. My opinion is that Dr Del Rosario needs to hire a new staff who will represent his professionalism and quality rating.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor. The doctor is very friendly but not his staff, one day I called and see if they take someone with no Medical insurance and I would pay cash. The person answered no /we do not take anyone with no Medical insurance. Even you pay then cash still they refuse to take you. All I know is as long you pay doctor should not refuse to take anyone. So I decide to go to another doctors office. Since then I will never recommend them again.

Dr. Del is a great doctor & meets the needs of his patients, however, the office process & his staff should be more efficient. Phone calls & questions aren't answered in a timely manner, there needs to be better communication among his staff, not sure if messages are being given to the right people (ie: I called 2 days in a row to follow up on a referral & paper work, I was told the assistant would call back but still never got a call back after the 3rd day, I'm still waiting for an answer.), there should be delegation as to who will take charge of what instead of everyone trying to do the same job. If my parents would allow, I would seriously find another PCP!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff. Unfortunately, making an appt is like pulling needles out of a hay stack. As long as I call during business hours, no one answers. However, they do answer during their lunches. I go in & I see nurses sitting at the desk, letting the phone lines ring. I understand they are very busy, but if a nurse is just sitting there, she/he should answer the phone lines. I know they're not busy.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
