Dr. Herrold is very straight forward and that may be difficult for some people, but he is very knowledgeable and thorough and I have always received great care at his office. His office staff is friendly and so easy to work with, I love them.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr Herrold is friendly and spends time with you to answer questions. He doesn't rush you out the door and on to the next patient.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
