I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
