I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Dr. O'Malley is straight forward with my 16 year old son and talks to him on his level, man to man. He is non judgmental and to the point. He did, however, require some prodding to uncover that my son had a chronic condition that required referral to a specialist. Bottom line, you know your child better than the doctor. If you think something is wrong do not back down until the problem is addressed to your satisfaction.
