The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. One thing that's been so annoying about All Dental Service, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
