I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
