I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I will definetly do not recommend this office

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away.
