It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
