They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I've been going to Dr Bard for over 5 years and now he makes you pay a copay plus get the insurance payment and the insurance is paying 100%.
He has a new staff every 6 months and the ones that are in there currently are very rude.
