Dr. Miller and his staff are friendly enough, but there is a lack of quality and continuity of care. It is the policy to pass patients around to available doctors who then change medications and order other tests without consultation. You are never aware of who knows what. Dr. Miller, nice as he is, is responsible for timely responses to sick patients. My experience this week was being told to stop all medications and expect a call back. 2 days later there is no word and my symptoms have returned with a vengence because I'm not on medication. I'm sorry to say this is not unusual. I really expect higher standards from medical clinic staff. I think it's not just Dr Miller, it's the management style of the clinic. I was also just told that I can't make an appointment with a different physician. So, what do I do? Go to Monroe Clinic? So frustrated...and sick.
