The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
