Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear Laurie's friendly voice. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and how sincere---Dr. Brull always stops and listens carefully to what I am saying---and her staff are. I always feelt so welcome. Dr. Brull has been our family doctor for 18 years. I have been growing older with confidence and she has led our daughter from babyhood to young womanhood.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Yes, they went above and beyond

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
