Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Dr. Desai has been our whole family's doctor for going on 20 years; she has even delivered the youngest members of our family.

She is smart, kind, caring, persistant -- what else can you say good about a doctor? I'm running out of adjectives. She always does what is needed to figure out what is wrong with you. She will make you do what is right for you, even if that's not what you want to do. She always spends all the time you need with you.

On the other hand, her office is disorganized and you will have to wait. But she is worth it.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
