My family and I have used Dr Frisbees and his loyal dental assistant teams services for nearly ten years. I have never had any worries that we were all given the best advice and care possible. As the years past my family had fewer and fewer reasons to seek the service continuously because of preventative measures taken throughout the years. Now as I daughter begins to make her own appointments she choses not to drive across town when there is the same services offered a block away. At first I was a bit studded because ‘our’ doctor has been just that our doctor. De Phrisbee office and assistant’s extended the hand of hospitalité that makes sitting in waiting room feel like chilling on the sofa. The waiting office is small but never over booked and the doctor is casually attentive, gentle and quiet funny most of the time. It seems as though I must be quiet fond of this magnificent, sparkly white approach.

Granted my Twenty-one year old daughter makes a valid point, why travel across town when I will undoubtedly come across the same services several times again in route. On that note I have praised my daughter for at least thinking her options through. But for me I have a personal and trusting relationship with these particular people offering the services I am need of, furthermore they have thought out the years grown themselves in the area of intimate business such as taking the time to inadvertently ask about each member of our family as we all now tend to show up individually.

Eventually I may come around to my daughters ways of thinking and check-out-a-doc Closer to my residence but for now I tend to lean on the comfy and stability of having a personal relationship with my healthcare provider. In my opinion Dr. Frisbee and his dedicated family have my stamp of authenticity. Which is to say they remain true to service the individual in anxiety-free atmosphere. Keeping on making Polk County smile with your family of experts and personal ways of making your clients feel like family. Thank you all for being teammates.

Price Gouging! Quotes a price then sends another bill a month later with no explanation. Does additional xrays when not necessary. Very disappointed with his business practices. Mike

I sought help from Dr. Prisbe for a crown after having a root canal on a painful molar. It had been several years since I'd had regular dental care - one income & 3 kids don't leave a lot left over for mom! I didn't like my last dentist and Dr. Prisbe came highly recommended. I can see why! His staff are friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Prisbe is one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. I was also pleased with the technology that the practice utilizes, which included digital x-rays and ultrasonic scaling. At my last dentist's office everything was still done manually and they still used the old style bite wing x-rays. Dr. Prisbe even charged less than my old dentist! But most importantly, he made me feel at ease. He listened to me and genuinely cared about my concerns. He and his staff made it a priority to ensure that I was comfortable and pain free, and I didn't feel the overwhelming anxiety that has plagued me at the dentist for years. I will never go to another dentist! Dr. Prisbe is the best!!
