Excellent dental work, very good hygienists, Dr. Zulu and his associate dentists are very skilled and are good at talking with patients and explaining everything; they can be expensive if you don't have insurance.

Terrible experience. This was my dentist years ago and I returned, willing to drive the 50 miles to get the quality I remembered.

Alas, something ugly has happened in this practice. And the great dentist I used to know is now mediocre at best. And his staff is just plain creepy.

The level of professionalism and customer service has dropped so dramatically it is appalling. I would not recommend this dentist.

This is my wife's dentist and I went to them 2 months ago after having some excruciating pain resulted from biting on a piece of bone. It was so painful I couldn't even close my jaw. I went to the dentist complaining about the pain and ask them to do whatever they can to fix it.

Alas, the technician ended up putting some very expensive antibiotic on almost every one of my tooth and the dentist (Denise or something) even recommended me to remove ALL of my wisdom teeth!! Of course I didn't obliged to the dentist but still ended up paying $700+ out of my pocket for the antibiotics. They asked me to come back in 1 week and 1 week passed I still couldn't close my jaw, the pain was so much I can't eat for a week!

So I went back to see a different dentist but he couldn't figure out what was wrong. He then refered me to an Endodontic. The endodontist took him only 10 minutes to figure out there was a crack in one of my teeth. I then ended up having to do root canal and crown molding. So long story short, the whole process lasted 2 weeks, had to endure a lot of pain and spent almost $2500 out of pocket (not covered by insurance).

You may have a different experience than mine but from my own experience I would suggest anyone to consider a different dentistry.

Want to feel like you are going to a used car place when you are going to the dentist then go here. They try to push all kinds of things on you, and will perform procedures (for instance, cancer screening which is mostly useless) without informing you then charge you for it. Their prices are ridiculous. Scheduled a cleaning but after they spent so much time trying to sell extras they would not perform it and scheduled cleaning for another day... needless to say I did not and will never go back.

The staff is incompetent. (Especially the front desk.) The costs for the services were not as told over the phone. The organization is chaotic. The information on the web is very old and dentists that are supposed to be there, are not.
The office manager withheld information. I don't trust this group anymore!
