Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

I love Dr. Clark!! What is the problem with the phone system there? I spent over an hour and a half calling for an appointment only to get a constant busy signal. I need to be able to call and at least get a voicemail!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
