The wait time in the exam room is usually pretty long, but other than that you receive a very high level of customer service. Dr. Konzen and the MA's are wonderful, and I feel respected by everyone. They are all very kind and empathetic. I've been suffering from PTSD for almost a year, and Dr. Konzen told me that he respected the difficult decisions I've been forced to make. He's been very reassuring.
