The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
