Their office was nice and pretty quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I'll be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
I will say that Dr. Kopjas has a very busy office and it is not easy to get in to see the Dr. Also his office staff seems to make a lot of mistakes which can be frustrating.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.
