Hours are not convenient unless you are retired. Also, he does not engage with you on a personal level. Always typing on his computer instead of looking at you while you speak. Does not give detail explanation of things, you must draw it out of him.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
