She hasn't worked in that office or that hospital in numerous years!!!!
when she did, She was tactless and a know it all, although she didn't know anything! You would think, by looking at her age, that she has been practicing for a long time, but she didn't go to medical school until late in life.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, they definitely favor certain clients
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day
