My daughter is a patient of Dr. Stern. When she called him on Sunday night in pain after 2 days of throat and ear pain, he suggested she call another doctor that she had recently seen for her bulging disk problem and told her that he could not help her. And, I might add, he hung up on her.
I believe the problem here is that Dr. Stern is not happy that she saw another physician for her back pain. Is this an insurance issue or just an ego thing?

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
