They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
