I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. V

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
