I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance, but because of being so busy, things were not always "in their place." This doesn't bother me. I see Dr. Novak for my annual plevic exam, so I'm in in pain. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special, but I attribute this to the fact that she is very busy.
