Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment, but this was due to the time crunch as she was attending to a few emergency procedures. Her accent made communication a little difficult, but she was patient at repeating until I understood. They're able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
