I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.
