Dr Schmell did my knee surgery almost two and a half years ago. He is right, he is a man of few words, but I am not a person who wants to chit chat with my surgeon. He surely told me all that I would need to know, and explained things very well concerning the surgery, My family was dumbfounded when my surgery was over before they could finish lunch. I think that he is a Dr. who is all business about what he does and is very accomplished at what he does. There were no problems with my surgery and he kept tabs on me while I was in rehab. I might add that his assistant is very good too. Appointments were on time and staff was always available if I needed them for anything at all in the office. I am 74 years old now if anyone is interested in age.
