Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. If I were to compare them to other psychiatrists I've seen, I would definitely say they were one of the best.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They are the most attentive psychiatrist I've ever met. They always listen carefully to whatever I have to say. They've always been great about getting back to me very quickly after I call. It's never taken them more than a day to call me back. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Dr. Chapman has been a very good psychiatrist for my child. We were not happy with our last Doctor, who was excessively cautious about treatment options and did not help our child very much over the two years we saw him. Dr. Chapman listens closely, promotes dialogue with family members and talk therapists, and adjusts treatment when things aren't working. Our son is much happier now, thanks in part to his care.
