On a good day Dr. D'Souza is abrupt and curt, writing you a prescription before pushing you out the door. Dr. D'Souza does not welcome questions -- he rolled his eyes and gave a loud sigh when I simply asked him if my medication had any side effects. He told me not to worry, but didn't answer my question.

On a bad day, Dr. D'Souza is aggressive and profane. In my last visit, he cussed at me and his secretary, a behavior most unfitting for a "professional." In general, he seemed in a tizzy, drowning me out to yell about things quite unrelated to me or my appointment.

I would approach Anthony D'Souza as a psychiatrist of last resort. He is unhelpful, uncaring, rude, and you're probably in better hands with anyone else available to you.

They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. This Dr. is horrible and rude. He doesn't listen and when I told him about side effects he wouldn't change my meds. He told me to go home and do what he says. I will not be going back.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
