They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

We highly recommend Dr. Hauffe for your child's medical care. He and his staff have excellent people skills and have always made us feel important. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
