The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Dr. Martine Nelson and her staff are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and quick to respond. I can't imagine going to any other pediatrician. Dr. Nelson always takes her time with each patient and is very thorough. She takes the time to give you complete explanations and in a way you can understand. You never feel rushed. Highly recommended.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Dr. Nelson is a gem. She always listen to every question or concern we have. We have been privileged to call Dr. Nelson our pediatrician for 20+ years. She has been such an inspiration and positive force in our family's life, that our 19 year old daughter is planning to go to medical school to be a pediatrician. Thank you Dr. Nelson.
