Great Physician and Surgeon. The supporting cast (or at least one of them --- and she may be with the answering and appointment scheduling service) leaves much to be desired. I tried to reach him to get a report which he had given me a few years back, after already going to medical record and getting their reports which did not include it. The telephone service was poor at listening and understanding the situation, and finally hung up on me as I tried to explain my situation.

I called again, speaking politely, and she hung up again. Very frustrating, as there is obviously not accountability.
