They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Dr Millman was so extrmeley helpful - i have never enjoyed going to the doctor, but visiting NW clinic made it much easier. His personality shines though to make his patients comfortable.

.....you have all the time in the world. Every time I or my husband had to see him, we would just dread the thought of going there.

I have NEVER been to a doctor's office that is so rude as to leave you waiting an average of an hour past your scheduled office visit. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Millman over the past few years. I HAVE NEVER HAD A SCHEDULED OFFICE VISIT START ON TIME. Then when you finally get to see him, he rushes through your visit. So the only reason I believe they don't run according to schedule is because they over-book. (Over-book + more patients = more money.)

There were several times, after sitting there for over an hour, we walked out of the office because we could not wait any longer. The only reason we continued to go there is because he was the only physician within a 30 minute drive from our home.

At my LAST visit, I was there to pick up my contacts that were "supposed" to have been ordered two weeks prior, only to find out (after waiting over an hour to be seen) that they were never ordered. That was it; the end of the road for us.

I told them it was very rude and unprofessional to make people wait and that we WOULD NOT be returning. It's not like it was only a few times; it was EVERY TIME.

In my opinion, it's not like he is anything special and he's really worth the wait. I'm going to save myself a lot of aggravation and drive outside of the 30 minute radius of my home to see another doctor!
