They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
