I've have had 2 major surgeries with in 6 weeks and both times they used the robotic surgery, first partial kidney removal and number 2 my prostrate removed. I found the Dr. Troy and nursing staff to be very friendly and professional. By the way Dr. Troy is in my opinion is a great urologist surgeon doing robotic surgery.

I was impressed with Dr. Troy. All my questions were answered. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
