I was very surprised that they didn't return my call at all. In fact, they just ignored my 5 phone calls. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my phone calls to make an appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I would definitely hesitate due to the fact that my experience was sub-par.
