I live nearby this office, so I called to make an appointment. At first, the receptionist was cordial, but as i explained that i wanted ceramic (zirconia) implant, rather than titanium, her mood changed. She put me on hold and then said "sorry, we are not accepting any more implant patients." Very disappointing.

Dr. David Burch is great but his billing department is HORRIBLE. They are rude, and they do not know what they are doing. I paid for my visit and treatment and 6 months later I received a bill for $1500. They breached my husbands medical information send his bill to my name without him signing medical release. Billing specialist Lisa is extremely rude and absolutely has poor communication skills.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. David Burch and his staff! They are compassionate, skilled and extremely ethical. I trust them implicitly as to any and all recommended treatments and or procedures.

While the actual dentist (Kristin and David Burch) were nice, and some of the hygienist staff was friendly, the front desk people were completely important in completing the simplest task, like using the correct insurance. It was very frustrating knowing that you expect to pay a price for a service based on your insurance, but you are charged something different. The office used the wrong insurance when quoting services. We used this office for these dental services based on the information the dentist provided (which turned out to be inaccurate information). Of course the receptionist at the front desk blamed it on us and that we should have known better. Yet they were the ones who screwed up with communicating to our insurance provider.

And to top it all off, the front desk receptionist said that my wife's service was sent incorrectly to the insurance company, but she corrected it right then and there.....Yeah, it's the patients fault in this situation.

Needless to say, we're done with this dentist. Never going back.
