They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Yes, they gave me one when I asked
Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

No, they were on time

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures?
Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
