For a family doctor, he was rather cold and unfriendly. I would prefer it if he was not so distant and impersonal. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The waiting area is ample, there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is about right, the nurses make up for his lack of personality. He always looks like he just got out of bed too, not very professional looking for a doctor. But to each his own, I guess.
