They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
