Dr. Klaasen helped me get my blood pressure under control as well as cholesterol. He is a very active person and has encouraged me to diet and exercise as I have lost 30 pounds in the last year...Good Doctor!!!

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Yes, it was convenient
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office?

Dr. Klaasen has been a wonderful family doctor. Very patient, kind, and great with kids. The staff has been great as well. I know that we are in good hands at Greenwood Family Practice. Thank you Dr. Klaasen for listening and caring. You have made a big difference in our lives.
