The receptionist gave me an estimate that was incredibly high in comparison to the price chart I was given by my insurance provider. I checked the price codes the receptionist gave me against the codes given to me by my insurance company and found out she was charging me about 40% over what she should have charged according to the price chart I was given. She was rude and unfriendly when I approached her about it and acted like she didn't care that she had lost my business due to her dishonesty. She admitted to over-charging me and didn't feel bad about it at all. This appointment was a complete waste of my valuable time and money. The X-Rays were a joke (very low quality and unprofessional). I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
