Went to have my partial fitted by Dr. Quinn. Partail was poorly made, completely off, didn't fit. Dr. Quinn took it to the back room 3 times to adjust. He came back each time and it was worse. On the 3rd try he through his hands up in the air and told the nurse to send me home, he had to get out of the room and couldn't deal with me any longer. I took that as a threat. This doctor is either bi-polar or mentally ill or just has severe anger issues. I understand from the assistant that this isn't the first time he's verbally attacked a patient. Stay far away from Dr. Quinn. This dentist & his office is a terrible. Inexperienced dentist and inexperienced assistants. If you let these people touch your teeth, you will be sorry, stay away, not worth the savings.
Doctor Quinn extracted teeth for dentures, but during the process, he chipped my jaw. And I have gone through extensive surgeries, plus not having teeth for over a year now. I am going back to Alpha but have another dentist review my records and hopefully things will get back to normal.
Last visit to Dr. Quinn he pulled implants to give me dentures, when removing the implants he cracked/chipped my jaw. After a few years, I went back because of some infection. Although, he didn't see any redness so he said it was fine. Nope, went to an oral & maxillofacial surgeon. He found bacteria in that area, that has been growing for years. Then I had a pic line for 3 months, didn't clean the infection, so I was referred to an ear, nose, and throat doctor. I had to have all the infections removed surgically. I've been through a lot due to this doctor. Be wise, just because, medicare is paying for it, diffently doesn't mean you got a good job. Because, I didn't and now I'm paying more to correct his error.
My comments are stating that NO one should have worked done here. Four years or so I had dentures installed, a bad mistake, and was the recommendation of the dentist. Now, years later I find out that when he pulled my upper teeth. Now I find from experts that he chipped my jaw. This is true, God strikes me dead. I've gone through hell and now have no denture due to the scrapping of the damaged area, that was infected. It was hell that a dentist would know what he did. I even went and saw him about this and his only comment was well, it's not red? Really. I'm contacting a lawyer just to file a formal complaint. And better Business Bureau. DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!!!!
Uncaring doctor.Just trying to squeeze as much money as they can out of the Ryan White contract. Everybody needs to complain and start a movement to get a better provider. By the way lots of HIPPI violations.
I read a lot of the negative reviews and they seem to be from years ago. My experience has been different from theirs. Let me start off by saying they are a Medicaid/Medicare/Ryan White provider and they are in a large space almost like a warehouse so you won't get frills. The staff has always treated me courteously and they appear to be competent with routine cleaning (ultrasonic) which is all I usually require. The front office staff won't kiss your ass if that's what you demand in "service" but they will work with you to get timely appointments and provide the dental care you need. As far as hygiene and sterility in the office, I used to work in healthcare, and the place appears clean to me. Somebody said something about alcoholics doing care there, well I was close enough to smell and nobody appeared drunk while working. I will happily continue to use their service
