I have gone to Dr Jones for years. He and his staff make you feel as if your concerns are important, no matter how minor they really are. He spends time with you in the exam room and makes you feel as if you are his only patient that day. He does all of this and still runs on time. I don't know how he does it. He's the best!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

My wife and I both have used Dr. Jones and we both really enjoyed being in his care. Going beyond the call of duty seems to be routine for him. He recently offered a calm voice as my wife dealt with a kidney stone (which can be a little frightening)and he has also been a great help to me as well.

I have been thru alot of doctors and worked alongside them, as well. Its a rare treat to come across a doctor who is truely concerned about his patients. You can feel his compassion and concern the moment you meet him. Having worked in the health field (ICU's, Burn, LTAC's, etc), I expected nothing but the best from me, as well as the doctors. He is one of only 4 doctors of hundreds I have worked with or have been a patient of, who exhibit this quality and I consider myself very lucky to have my health in his hands. The man is brilliant and has a naturally inquisitive mind. He knows the right questions to ask. Its funny,... I originally went to see Dr. Amy Thompson, his partner, who obviously shares his traits, and ranted and raved about her (she is one of the other 3 who are utterly perfect), but she had a baby and therefore I was seen by Dr. Jones. What a stroke of luck to go from one awesome doctor to another. It should have been obvious to me how great they were when I went in their office and saw smiling sick people! And the staff, you couldn't ask for more pleasant people to deal with. If only the best doctor is what you seek,.. look no further than these two. You wont be disappointed in my high regard for them.
