They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
