I haven't been back for a while due to office manager Iliana. Dr, Hygienist & front desk lady were all nice. However,if you had a problem with your account you had to speak to Iliana and if you disagreed with her she would just talk over you. I found her to be rude & insightful with no customer service skills! She had no problem if you got upset, as she was the manager. It's my experience that the manager sets the tone for the office!

Overall this office gives of a very weird vibe. The doctors may be good however the staff is very, I mean VERY sub par. Even if I love the doctor treating me, if I cant stomach the staff then chances are I won't be returning. My opinion is that they have hired without truly looking into the resumes, this is the only thing I can think of

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
