They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

After five years of having my two sons treated by Dr. Marconi I am very disappointed, the office is very unorganized, the hygiene is very poor. Dr Marconi dont like to put on gloves. If you ask questions to Dr Marconi he answer you with a joke. When you finished to pay for the treatment the hidden costs appered. If you planning to take Dr. Marconi as your kids orthodontist, you better think twice. The service that he provide is very poor.
